Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the vehicle.
CAUTION: Do not work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with safety stands.
2. Remove the automatic transmission selector head.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: JATCO, REPAIR WORK, Selector handle.

3. Disconnect the fasteners securing the selector decorative panel to the upper floor tunnel trim.
4. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector from the mating connector on the wiring harness.

5. Release the rubber bushing and remove the oxygen sensor harness connector through its hole.

6. Remove the oxygen sensor.
Installation
1. Clean the oxygen sensor and its mounting location.
2. Screw in the oxygen sensor and tighten it to 55 N·m using the LRT-19-014 tool.
3. Route the oxygen sensor wiring harness through the rubber grommet and secure the grommet.
4. Connect the oxygen sensor connector.
5. Install the decorative panel and selector cover onto the upper floor tunnel trim and secure the fasteners.
6. Install the automatic transmission selector handle.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: JATCO, REPAIR WORK, Selector handle.
7. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
