Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove a head of the selector of an automatic transmission.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: JATCO, REPAIR WORK, Selector lever.
3. Disconnect fasteners fastening the decorative selector panel to the upper lining of the floor tunnel.
4. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector from the mating connector on the wiring harness.
5. Release the rubber bushing and remove the oxygen sensor harness connector through its hole.
6. Remove the oxygen sensor.
Installation
1. Clean the oxygen sensor and its seat.
2. Screw in the oxygen sensor and tighten it to 55 Nm using tool LRT-19-014.
3. Pass the oxygen sensor wire harness through the rubber grommet and secure the grommet.
4. Connect the oxygen sensor connector.
5. Place the trim panel and selector cover on the floor tunnel upper trim and fasten the fasteners.
6. Establish a handle of the selector of an automatic transmission.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: JATCO, REPAIR WORK, Selector lever.
7. Remove props and lower the car.
