Security system control unit (distributed system) (Discovery 1)

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Remove the center console, see. "Body".

3. Unscrew 4 screws and disconnect 2 air ducts to the rear passengers, remove the center console mounting bracket.



4. Using a flat-head screwdriver, release the YELLOW holder, pull the holder 30 mm out of the block connector, disconnect the connector.

5. Unscrew the two screws securing the control unit.



6. Remove the control unit.

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order. The tightening torque of the fastening screws is 10 Nm.

8. Check the system's functionality using the TESTBOOK tester.
