1. Remove the wheel knuckle. For more information, refer to Wheel Knuckle (64.35.10)

Installation


1. Clean the parts.

2.
CAUTION: Make sure that the ball joint boot is not damaged. Damage to the ball joint boot will result in premature failure of the ball joint.


CAUTION: If the indentation resistance is less than 10 kN, the wheel knuckle must be replaced.


Using special tools, install the ball joint. Position the special tool so that it rests against the machined surface.
