Removal


1. Release the power steering fluid reservoir from the bracket.

1. Release the power steering fluid reservoir from the bracket.


2. Disconnect the windshield washer reservoir filler neck.

2. Disconnect the windshield washer reservoir filler neck.


3. Install the expansion tank in place. Unscrew the two bolts.

3. Install the expansion tank in place. Unscrew the two bolts.


4. Remove the coolant level sensor. Disconnect the coolant level sensor electrical connector.



4. Remove the coolant level sensor. Disconnect the coolant level sensor electrical connector.


Installation


1.
NOTE: There will be a clicking sound when the coolant level sensor is properly installed.


Install the coolant level sensor. Connect the coolant level sensor electrical connector.

2.
CAUTION: Position the element correctly on the mounting pins.


Secure the expansion tank of the cooling system. Tighten the bolts. (tightening torque 10 Nm).

3. Reinstall the windshield washer reservoir filler neck.

4. Secure the power steering fluid reservoir to the bracket.
