Dismantling
1. Open the hood.

2. Loosen the 8 screws securing the mudguards to the bumper and remove the mudguards to provide access.

3. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the bumper to the lower engine protection shield.
4. Unscrew the 3 screws securing the bumper to the crossbar.

5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlights/fog lights.

6. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the rear part of the bumper to the wheel arch.
7. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the bumper to the hood lock panel.

8. With the help of a partner, grasp the sides of the bumper and carefully push the bumper forward to release it from its mountings.
CAUTION: Before removing or installing body panels or bumpers, always protect adjacent panels to avoid damaging the paintwork.
9. Remove the front bumper.
NOTE: If disassembly was performed only to provide access to other system components, no further disassembly operations should be performed.
10. Remove the front registration plate.

11. Remove the fasteners securing the emblem to the radiator grille, remove the emblem and discard the fasteners.

12. Release the headlight/fog light bezel from the mounting and remove it from the bumper.
13. Remove the 6 screws securing the headlight/fog light to the bumper.

14. Remove 6 nuts from the bumper.
Installation
1. Attach 6 nuts to the bumper.
2. Install the headlight/fog light onto the bumper and secure it with screws.
3. Install the headlight/fog light bezel onto the bumper.
4. Install the emblem on the radiator grille.
5. Install the registration plate.
6. With the help of a partner, install the bumper assembly.
7. Make sure that the bumper mounting tabs fit into the corresponding grooves.
8. Install and tighten the bolts securing the bumper to the fenders.
9. Connect the electrical connectors to the headlights/fog lights.
10. Tighten the screws securing the bumper to the hood lock panel.
11. Screw the screws into the crossbar.
12. Tighten the screws securing the bumper to the lower engine protection shield.
13. Install and align the mudguards. Tighten the screws that secure them.
14. Close the hood.
