Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the front wheel.
3. Remove the bottom motor shield.

4. Loosen the driveshaft nuts.
5. With the help of an assistant pressing the brake pedal, unscrew and discard the nut securing the drive shaft to the hub.
6. Remove the retaining ring that secures the brake hose to the shock absorber bracket.
7. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wiring and brake hose from the shock absorber.
8. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wiring from the hub.
9. Turn away two bolts of fastening of a brake support to a nave. Remove the caliper from the hub and attach to the side.
CAUTION: Do not let the caliper hang on the brake hose.
10. Turn away two nuts and remove two bolts of fastening of a nave to a shock-absorber rack of a suspension bracket.
11. Remove the drive shaft from the hub.
12. Secure the drive shaft to the side.
13. Turn away a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever. Discard the nut.
14. Using tool LRT-57-043, disconnect the ball pin.
15. Remove the hub assembly.
16. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of a back silent block of the bottom lever.
17. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a forward silent block of the bottom lever.
18. Remove the lower arm.
19. Turn away a nut of fastening of a silent block, remove a vibroprotective washer and a silent block.
CAUTION: Note the location of the anti-vibration washer.
Installation
1. Clean the seating surfaces of the rear silent block.
2. Install the rear silent block and anti-vibration washer on the lower arm. Screw on the nut, but do not completely tighten it yet.
CAUTION: Make sure the vibration washer is in the correct position. Make sure that the inscription made on the washer is visible "OUT".
3. Install the lower arm, aligning its position with the subframe. Reinstall the bolt, but do not completely tighten it yet.
4. Clean the mating surfaces of the lower arm ball stud and hub.
5. Install the hub assembly on the lower arm. Install a new nut and tighten it to 65 Nm.
6. Clean the drive shaft and hub flange splines from dirt.
7. Insert the drive shaft into the hub.
8. Screw in a new hub nut, but do not completely tighten it yet.
9. Align the hub with the shock absorber strut, install the bolts with nuts and tighten the nuts to a torque of 205 Nm.
10. Position the caliper on the brake disc, install the bolts and tighten them with a torque of 100 Nm.
11. Attach the brake hose to the shock absorber bracket and secure it with a clamp.
12. Clean the surface of the wheel speed sensor, apply an anti-stick lubricant, and install it on the hub.
CAUTION: Make sure that the wheel speed sensor is fully inserted into the hub, i.e. touching the ring gear.
13. Attach the sensor cable to the bracket.
14. Tighten the bolts of the front silent blocks of the lower arms with a torque of 190 Nm.
WARNING: While tightening the nuts and bolts, the weight of the vehicle must be supported by the suspension.
15. Align the silent blocks, ensuring the correct location of the cylindrical pin. Install the bolts and tighten them to 105 Nm.
16. Tighten the rear silent block nut with a torque of 140 Nm.
17. Install a new drive shaft nut and tighten it to 400 Nm. Lock the nut on the end of the drive shaft.
18. Replace the lower engine shield.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
19. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
20. Remove props and lower the car.
