Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP) Pulse Wheel (Freelander 2)

NOTE: The removal procedure descriptions in this manual may contain installation steps.

Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

WARNING: Ensure that the vehicle is supported securely.

2. Remove the crankshaft pulley. Refer to procedure: Crankshaft Pulley (303-01, Removal and Installation).

3.

NOTE: M6 bolts can be used to remove the assembly.

NOTE: Install this item in the position noted during removal.

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
