Removal


CAUTION: DO NOT press the brake pedal during this operation. Failure to do so may result in damage to the brake light switch.


1. Remove the decorative panel.
  • Release the clamp.
  • Remove two screws.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector.
Disconnect the electrical connector.


2. Remove the brake light switch.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector.
  • Turn the switch clockwise.
Turn the switch clockwise.


Installation


1.
CAUTION: DO NOT press the brake pedal during this operation. Failure to do so may result in damage to the brake light switch.


Install the brake light switch.
  • Turn the switch counterclockwise.
  • Connect the electrical connector.
