Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the clutch assembly.
CLUTCH, REPAIR WORK, Clutch assembly/driven disc and clutch release bearing (release bearing) - Td4.

3. Using the LRT-12-177 tool installed on the pulley, secure the crankshaft.

4. Remove and discard the 8 flywheel to crankshaft mounting bolts.
5. Remove the flywheel.
Installation
1. Using an old drive plate mounting bolt with two 45° notches cut into it, clean the threaded sockets in the crankshaft flange of any remaining thread locking compound.
2. Wipe the flywheel and crankshaft mating surface.
3. Install the flywheel.
4. Screw in new flywheel-to-crankshaft mounting bolts and tighten them crosswise to 115 Nm.
5. Install the clutch assembly into place.
CLUTCH, REPAIR WORK, Clutch assembly/driven disc and clutch release bearing (release bearing) - Td4.
6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
