Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the clutch assembly.
CLUTCH, REPAIRS, Clutch Assembly/Driven Plate and Clutch Release Bearing (clutch release) - Td4.
3. Using the tool LRT-12-177 installed on the pulley, fix the crankshaft.
4. Remove and discard the 8 flywheel-to-crankshaft bolts.
5. Remove the flywheel.
Installation
1. Using the old drive plate mounting bolt, in which two cuts were made at an angle of 45°, clean the threaded sockets in the crankshaft flange from the remnants of the thread locker.
2. Wipe the flywheel and mating surface of the crankshaft.
3. Install the flywheel.
4. Screw new bolts of fastening of a flywheel to a cranked shaft and tighten them, crosswise, the moment of 115 Nanometers.
5. Reinstall the clutch assembly.

6. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
