Removal
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the gearbox (see chapter "R380 gearbox").
3. Remove the clutch (see chapter "Clutch").
4. Insert two long M8 bolts into the flywheel through diametrically opposite clutch mounting holes (flywheel removal handles).
5. Remove the cooling fan diffuser.
6. Attach the LRT-12-080 locking tool to the crankshaft pulley.
7. Unscrew the flywheel mounting bolts and remove the flywheel.

Note: Clean the flywheel and crankshaft mating surfaces to prevent flywheel runout.
Installation
8. Install the flywheel on the crankshaft. Install new mounting bolts and tighten them in several stages to a torque of 147 N·m.
9. Install a dial indicator on the flywheel circle with a radius of 114 mm and remove the pulley lock.
10. Rotate the crankshaft: flywheel runout should not exceed 0.05-0.07 mm. If runout is greater than the permissible limit, remove the flywheel, inspect the mating surfaces and the condition of the guide pin.

11. Reinstall the removed parts (item 6-1).
