Front differential
Repairs and adjustments

Front hub
1. Remove the front hub.
2. Remove the outer bearing.
3. If you plan to reinstall the parts, mark the relative position of the brake disc and hub.
4. Unscrew the five brake disc mounting bolts and remove the disc.
5. Knock the oil seal out of the hub and discard it.
6. Knock out the inner and outer bearing rings.
7. Wash the hub. Press in the bearing rings.
8. Pack the inner bearing with grease. Install the bearing into the hub.
9. Using the LST 137 tool, install the new oil seal and lubricate the oil seal.
10. Install the brake disc on the hub. Apply Loctite 270 adhesive to the threads of the mounting bolts and tighten the bolts to a torque of 75 Nm.

11. Lubricate the outer bearing and install it into the hub.
12. Install the hub in place.
