  • The system is not calibrated or calibration failure
  • Unusual signs of malfunction in the linkage of the split anti-roll bars have been registered
  • Malfunction of several altitude sensors
  • Air suspension control module malfunction
  • Visually inspect the wiring harness and electrical connectors for air leaks. Visually inspect the system for air leaks. Check the system mode and calibration using the approved diagnostic system. Inspect for unusual symptoms of a split stabilizer linkage failure, such as a faulty height sensor or air spring deflation linkage, insufficient tire pressure, etc. Be aware that unusual symptoms of a split stabilizer linkage failure may be caused by a missing height sensor calibration. Inspect for DTCs for the height sensor and refer to the DTC Index. If the module is suspected, refer to the Warranty Policy and Procedures manual.

  • Visually inspect the wiring harness and electrical connectors for water intrusion. Visually inspect the system for air leaks and refer to the guided diagnostic routine on the approved diagnostic system. Verify the system calibration using the approved diagnostic system. For front and rear crossmember valve tests, refer to the guided diagnostic routine on the approved diagnostic system. Check for height sensor DTCs and refer to the DTC Index. For receiver and outlet valve tests, refer to the guided diagnostic routine on the approved diagnostic system. Check for valve angle DTCs and refer to the DTC Index. If a module is suspected, refer to the Warranty Policy and Procedures Manual.
    The vehicle's ground clearance is too low

To check the air compressor temperature sensor, air cleaner, exhaust valve, and air compressor, refer to the guided diagnostic program on the approved diagnostic system. For information on the air suspension control module losing communication with the ABS module, refer to the Lost Communication Code Definitions at the end of this table. To check for ABS DTCs, refer to the appropriate section in the workshop manual. If the module is suspected, refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual.

  • The receiver valve is stuck in the open position.
  • The exhaust valve is stuck in the closed position.

  • Air suspension control module malfunction
  • For receiver and exhaust valve tests, refer to the guided diagnostic program on the approved diagnostic system. Check for valve angle DTCs and refer to the DTC Index. If a module is suspected, refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual.
    The system unreasonably registers the extended mode when lowering--
  • Distribution gallery and air spring pipelines
  • Incorrect valve block installed front or rear
  • Damage or blockage of air ducts
  • Please refer to the targeted diagnostic program in an approved diagnostic system.
    Tilt the car after leaving it overnight or for several days--
  • Leak in air spring(s)
  • Leak in the section from the corner valve to the gallery
  • Exhaust valve stuck open
  • Please refer to the targeted diagnostic program in an approved diagnostic system.
