WARNING: Do not remove the coolant expansion tank cap when the system is hot, as steam or coolant escaping from the cap could cause serious injury such as burns.
1. Put the car on a lift.
2. Set heater controls to maximum.
3. Disconnect a wire of 'weight' from the storage battery.
4. Remove the engine cover. Engine cover - 4.4L (12.30.50)

WARNING: Do not remove the coolant expansion tank cap when the system is hot, as steam or coolant escaping from the cap could cause serious injury such as burns.
Turn away a cover of a broad tank.
6. Remove the mudguard of the left front fender. Release 4 clips.
7. Remove the radiator access panel. Turn out 4 bolts.
8. Connect a wire of 'weight' to the storage battery.

CAUTION: Coolant can damage paintwork. If coolant is spilled, remove it immediately and flush the area with water.
Loosen the clamp, remove the lower hose from the radiator pipe and allow the coolant to drain.
10. Remove the spare wheel with tire.
- Remove the tool kit.
- Use the lifting mechanism.
12. Disconnect the rear heater coolant hoses.
- Release 2 clips.
- Let the coolant drain.
13. Connect hoses of a cooling liquid of a back heater. Fasten the clamps.
14. Install the spare wheel with tire. Install the tool kit.
15. Connect and secure the lower radiator hose. Fasten with a clip.
16. Connect a wire of 'weight' of the storage battery.
17. Connect hoses of removal of the fulfilled gases to final pipes.
18. Loosen screw to bleed air from coolant hose.
19. Loosen the screw to remove air from the coolant expansion tank.
20. Fill the cooling system to the top mark of the expansion tank.
21. Start the engine and let it run.
- Maintain the engine speed at 2500 rpm for 30 seconds.
- Let the engine idle for 30 seconds.
- Repeat the above procedure four more times.
23. Fill the cooling system by adding coolant to the upper mark of the expansion tank until a steady flow of coolant begins to return to the expansion tank. Tighten the screw to remove air from the expansion tank.

NOTE: After bleeding the cooling system and before screwing on the cap of the expansion tank, add coolant to it so that its level is 30 mm above the upper mark.
Establish a cover of a broad tank of system of cooling.
25. Let the engine run until the thermostat opens.
26. Turn off the engine and let it cool down.
27. Install the engine cover. Engine cover - 4.4L (12.30.50)
28. If coolant has been spilled on the vehicle, remove it.
29. Install the radiator access panel. Tighten 4 bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
30. Establish a mudguard of the left forward wing.
31. Check the coolant level, top up if necessary.
