Dismantling
1. Remove the key from the ignition switch.

2. Carefully remove the top cover. Be careful when disengaging the clips that connect the top and bottom cover.
3. Unscrew the 2 screws securing the lower part of the casing to the steering column.
4. Lower the steering column tilt adjustment lever.
5. Carefully remove the cover from the ignition switch. Be especially careful not to damage the immobilizer coil.
6. Carefully remove the lower part of the cover from the retainer located on the steering wheel lock mechanism.
Installation
1. Make sure the steering column tilt adjustment lever is in the down position.
2. Install the lower part of the casing and secure it to the retainer located on the steering wheel lock mechanism.
3. Raise the steering column tilt adjustment lever.
4. Replace and tighten the 2 screws securing the bottom of the shroud to the steering column.
5. Install the cover on the ignition switch.
6. Install the upper part of the steering column cover and make sure that the clips that connect the upper and lower parts of the cover are snapped into place.
