Dismantling
1. Remove the clutch assembly.
CLUTCH, REPAIR WORK, Clutch assembly/driven disc and clutch release bearing (release bearing) - K1.8.

2. Loosen, but do not remove, the 6 flywheel mounting bolts.
3. Remove the LRT-12-190 mandrel.
4. Remove and discard the 6 flywheel to crankshaft mounting bolts.
5. With the help of a partner, remove the flywheel.
Installation
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the flywheel and crankshaft.
2. Make two cuts in the body of the old bolt at an angle of 45° to the threads and use this bolt to remove the remains of the thread locker from the threaded sockets.

3. With the help of a partner, place the flywheel on the crankshaft, screw it in and lightly tighten the flywheel with new bolts.

4. Install the LRT-12-190 flywheel stopper onto the engine and secure it with 2 bolts.
5. Working crosswise, tighten the flywheel mounting bolts to 80 Nm.
6. Install the clutch assembly.
