Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the timing belt.
ENGINE KV6 - MODIFICATION K, Camshafts of the left cylinder head, Timing belt.

3. Remove the crankshaft pinion gear.

4. Install the stop LRT-12-200/3 of the puller all the way into the crankshaft.
5. Screw the LRT-12-200 tool into the front crankshaft oil seal.
6. Tighten the central bolt of the LRT-12-200 tool to remove the seal.
7. Remove the seal from the puller and discard it.
8. Remove the puller stop from the crankshaft.
Installation
1. Clean the oil seal seat in the oil pump housing and the crankshaft sealing journal, check that the threaded hole of the crankshaft is clean.
2. Place the oil seal guide sleeve, included in the delivery kit, onto the crankshaft nose.

3. Place the new oil seal on the crankshaft, pushing the oil seal toward the oil pump housing. Press the oil seal into the seat using the LRT-12-202 tool.
4. Remove the LRT-12-202 tool and guide sleeve from the crankshaft.
5. Install the gear on the crankshaft.
6. Install the timing belt.

7. Connect the negative battery terminal.
8. Add oil to the engine.
