Dismantling
1. Remove the engine soundproofing cover.
ENGINE KV6 - MODIFICATION K, Camshafts of the left cylinder head, Soundproofing engine casing.

2. Press back 2 shoulders and remove 2 ventilation hoses from the valve cover of the left cylinder head.
3. Disconnect the noise insulation casing retainer and remove the ignition coil wiring harness fastener.

4. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector and release its pin part ("male") from the bracket.

5. Loosen the bracket mounting bolt, which also contains the front oxygen sensor connector, and move the bracket with the connector to the side.

6. Remove the ignition coil connector retainers and disconnect the connectors from the coils.
7. Loosen the bolts securing the ignition coils to the valve cover and remove the 3 ignition coils.

8. Having remembered the position of the ground wire, gradually, in the indicated sequence, unscrew the 14 valve cover mounting bolts.
9. Remove the valve cover and discard its gasket.
Installation
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the valve cover and integral camshaft cover.
2. Wash the inside of the valve cover. If necessary, wash the oil separator packing in solvent and blow it dry.
3. Place the new gasket on the camshaft cover so that the arrow on the gasket faces the intake manifold.

4. Install the valve cover, put on the ground wire, screw in the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 9 Nm in the sequence shown in the figure.
5. Insert the ignition coils, screw in the mounting bolts and tighten them to a torque of 5 Nm.
6. Connect the connectors to the ignition coils and secure the connectors.
7. Install the harness mount, install the noise insulation casing retainer and tighten it to a torque of 3 Nm.
8. Install the connector bracket on the valve cover, screw in the bolt and tighten it to 9 Nm.
9. Secure the pin part of the connector to the bracket and connect the connector.
10. Connect the ventilation hoses to the valve cover of the left cylinder head.
11. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
12. Reinstall the engine soundproofing cover.
