Dismantling
1. Remove the lower engine protection.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
2. Remove a noise-insulating casing of the engine.
KV6 ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, Camshafts of the left cylinder head, Noise-insulating casing of the engine.
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the top right cross-beam of the engine to the top bracket.
4. Loosen the bolt securing the top right engine cross member to the body and move the cross member away from the top bracket.
5. Support the engine by placing a jack with a block of wood as a spacer under the sump.
6. Remove the nut and 4 bolts securing the engine top bracket to the right hydraulic mount and to the front engine mount.
7. Remove the power steering pump tube bracket from the hydraulic support and move the tube aside.
8. Remove the top bracket.
Installation
1. Install the upper bracket on the engine, screw in the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 100 Nm.
2. Lower the jack under the engine and remove the jack.
3. Install the power steering pump hose bracket to the hydraulic support.
4. Install the nut that secures the engine top bracket to the hydraulic support and tighten it. Tightening torque 85 Nm.
5. Install the upper right cross member on the bracket, screw in the bolt and tighten it to 100 Nm.
6. Tighten the bolt securing the upper cross member to the body to 100 Nm.
7. Reinstall the lower engine guard.

8. Replace the engine soundproof cover.
