Dismantling
1. Remove the automatic transmission
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: JATCO, REPAIR WORK, Transmission: vehicles with KV6 engine.
2. Assemble the LRT-12-161 and LRT-12-199 fixtures together using a bolt.

3. Using tools LRT-12-161 and LRT-12-199 installed on the pulley, secure the crankshaft.

4. Remove and discard the 6 bolts securing the drive disc to the crankshaft.
5. Remove the drive disk from the crankshaft.
Installation
1. Using an old drive plate mounting bolt with two 45° notches cut into it, clean the threaded sockets in the crankshaft flange of any remaining thread locking compound.
2. Wipe the drive disk and the mating surface of the crankshaft.
3. Using tools LRT-12-161 and LRT-12-199 installed on the pulley, secure the crankshaft.
4. Install the drive disk on the crankshaft.

5. Screw in new bolts securing the drive disk to the crankshaft and tighten in the following sequence:
- Stage 1: 25 Nm
- Stage 2: 100 Nm
6. Remove tools LRT-12-161 and LRT-12-199 from the crankshaft pulley.
7. Install the automatic transmission
