Dismantling


1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the lower engine guard.

3. Remove the right front wheel.

4. Unscrew the 3 bolts securing the right mudguard panel and remove the panel.

5. Place a container under the switch to collect any spilled oil.

6. Disconnect the connector from the oil pressure sensor.

7. Unscrew the pressure contact sensor and dispose of the sealing washer.

Installation


1. Check that the sensor surfaces and the socket for its installation are clean.

2. Screw in the oil pressure sensor with a new sealing washer and tighten it. Tightening torque 14 Nm.



3. Connect the connector to the oil pressure sensor.

4. Remove the oil collection container from under the engine.

5. Install the mudguard panel and secure it with bolts.

6. Reinstall the right wheel and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.

7. Reinstall the lower engine guard.

8. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.

9. Connect the negative battery terminal.
