Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the lower engine protection.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
3. Remove the right front wheel.
4. Turn away 3 bolts of fastening of the right dirt-protective panel and remove the panel.
5. Place a container under the switch to collect spilled oil.
6. Disconnect the connector from the contact oil pressure sensor.
7. Unscrew the contact pressure switch and discard the sealing washer.
Installation
1. Check that the surfaces of the sensor and its mounting socket are clean.
2. Screw in the oil pressure switch with a new sealing washer and tighten it. Tightening torque 14 Nm.
3. Connect the connector to the oil pressure switch.
4. Remove the oil container from under the engine.
5. Install the dirt protection panel and fix it with bolts.
6. Reinstall the right wheel and tighten the nuts to 115 Nm.
7. Reinstall the lower engine guard.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
8. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
9. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
