Throttle position sensor (Discovery 1)

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Disconnect the sensor connector.

3. Loosen the two screws securing the sensor to the resonance chamber and carefully pull out the sensor.



4. Remove the sensor gasket and install a new one.

5. Align the cutouts on the sensor and throttle shafts, insert the sensor into the resonant chamber housing. Tighten the mounting screws.

Caution: Do not move the throttle if the sensor is not secured, as this may damage the sensor.
