Dismantling


1. Remove the engine soundproofing cover (if installed).

2. Loosen the 3 clamps securing the intake air ducts and release the air hoses.

3. Release the injector wiring harness from the clamp on the air ducts.

4. Unscrew the 2 screws securing the intake air ducts to the valve cover and to the engine support bracket.

5. Disconnect the intake air ducts from the air filter housing.

CAUTION: Always plug the fittings and holes to protect the system from dirt.


6. Remove the air ducts assembly from the vehicle.

Installation


1. Clean air ducts and connection surfaces.

2. Attach the air ducts as a whole to the air filter housing, align the mounting holes, screw in and tighten the mounting screws.

3. Secure the injector wiring harness to the support clamp.

4. Connect the hoses and tighten the clamps.

5. Install the engine noise insulation cover (if provided).
