Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the front bumper.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Front bumper assembly - for cars up to model year 2004.
3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air supply hose from the intercooler.
4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air outlet hose from the intercooler.
5. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the condenser to the cooling system radiator.

6. Unscrew the 3 bolts securing the air intercooler to the cooling system radiator.
7. Remove the intermediate air cooling radiator.
Installation
1. Install the intermediate air cooling radiator.
2. Screw in the bolts securing the air-to-air intercooler to the radiator of the cooling system and tighten them to a torque of 3 Nm.
CAUTION: When assembling, check that the bolts are of the correct length.
3. Screw in the bolts securing the condenser to the radiator of the cooling system and tighten them to a torque of 3 Nm.
4. Connect the air hoses to the intercooler and secure them with clamps.
5. Reinstall the front bumper.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
