Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the engine soundproofing cover.

3. Disconnect the connector from the mass air flow sensor.
4. Disconnect the connector from the intake air temperature sensor.
5. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the vacuum booster from the inlet hose.
6. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the air intake hose.
7. Disconnect the air supply pipe to the injectors from the air inlet hose.
8. Disconnect the connector from the throttle body.
9. Loosen the clamp and remove the intake air hose with the mass air flow sensor.
10. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the throttle pipe.
11. Remove the throttle body and discard the gasket.
Installation
1. Wipe the throttle body and mating surface.

2. Install the throttle body and tighten the mounting bolts. Tightening torque 7 Nm.
3. Connect the connector to the throttle body.
4. Install the air intake hose and secure it with clamps.
5. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose.
6. Connect the air supply hose to the injectors.
7. Attach the vacuum booster and secure it with a clamp.
8. Connect the connector to the intake air temperature sensor.
9. Connect the connector to the mass flow sensor.
10. Reinstall the engine soundproofing cover.

11. Connect the negative battery terminal.
