Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove a noise-insulating casing of the engine.
KV6 ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, Camshafts of the left cylinder head, Noise-insulating casing of the engine.
3. Disconnect the connector from the mass air flow sensor.
4. Disconnect the connector from the intake air temperature sensor.
5. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the vacuum booster from the inlet hose.
6. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the air intake hose.
7. Disconnect the air supply tube to the nozzles from the air inlet hose.
8. Disconnect the connector from the throttle body.
9. Loosen the clamp and remove the intake air hose with the mass air flow sensor.
10. Turn away 4 screws of fastening of a throttle branch pipe.
11. Remove the throttle body and discard the gasket.
Installation
1. Wipe down the throttle body and mating surface.
2. Establish a throttle branch pipe and tighten bolts of fastening. Tightening torque 7 Nm.
3. Connect the connector to the throttle body.
4. Install the air inlet hose and secure with clamps.
5. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose.
6. Connect the air supply hose to the nozzles.
7. Attach the vacuum booster and secure it with a clamp.
8. Connect the connector to the intake air temperature sensor.
9. Connect the connector to the mass flow sensor.
10. Replace the engine soundproof cover.

11. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
