Removal


1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to procedure: Specifications (414-00 Charging System - General Information, Specifications).

2. Raise the vehicle.

WARNING: Ensure that the vehicle is supported securely.


3. Remove the fuel filter. Refer to procedure: Fuel Filter (310-01B Fuel Tank and Lines - 2.2L Duratorq - Td4, Removal and Installation).

Discard the component. Plug all openings.

7. Remove the intake manifold adapter and throttle body.

NOTE: Do not continue disassembly if the component is removed only for access.

Installation


1. Install the Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) actuator. Tightening torque: 10 Nm

2. Install the intake manifold adapter and throttle body. Tightening torque: 6 Nm



3. Install the intake manifold. Tightening torque: 9 Nm

CAUTION: Install new seals.


CAUTION: Install new seals.


4. Connect the IMRC actuator electrical connector.

5. Connect the vacuum hose.

6. Connect the turbocharger outlet pipe.

7. Connect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor connector.

8. Connect the throttle position (TP) sensor connector.

9. Install the fuel filter brackets. Tightening torque: 25 Nm

10. Connect the oil level indicator tube. Tightening torque: 10 Nm

11. Connect the engine crankcase ventilation hose.

NOTE: Install a new clamp.


12. Install the EGR pipe. Tightening torque: 10 Nm

Install a new element. Clean the mating surfaces from foreign material.


13. Connect the return line.

14. Connect and secure the fuel injector wiring harness electrical connectors. Tightening torque: 10 Nm

15. Install the ventilation duct.

16. Install the fuel filter. Refer to procedure: Fuel Filter (310-01B Fuel Tank and Lines - 2.2L Duratorq - Td4, Removal and Installation).

17. Connect the ground cable to the battery. Refer to Procedure: Specifications (414-00 Charging System - General Information, Specifications).

Отличный ресурс, огромное спасибо создателям!
Обслуживаю свои авто всегда сам. Пользовался статьей при замене свечей подогрева и топливного фильтра.Особенно помогают схемы размещения крепежа некоторых деталей. Многих винтов не видно в принципе даже если снять предварительно блок вентиляторов.
При замене топливного фильтра,для удаления воздуха из системы, полезно после фильтра вразрез "обратки" (сливного топливопровода) подключить любой подкачивающий насос (от Лады или КАМАЗА. После удаления воздуха вернуть разъемы в штатное положение. Эта процедура значительно упрощает последующий пуск двигателя.
Для выполнения работ необходимы: набор головок желательно на 10-й квадрат (на 12-й могут не поместиться в туннели винтов) удлинитель, карданный шарнир, трещетка, набор Г-образных "звездочек" и "шестигранников".
