7. Insert the LRT-12-058 pin into the flywheel.
8. Install the camshaft locking tool LRT-12-060.

9. Loosen the timing belt tensioner bolt.
10. Move the tensioner away from the belt.
11. Lightly tighten the bolt.
12. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the crankshaft pulley to the gear wheel.
13. Install the LRT-12-059 key on the pulley and secure the key with two bolts.
14. Holding the pulley with the LRT-12-059 key, unscrew the central bolt of the crankshaft.
15. Remove the key and pulley.
16. Remove the lower belt cover.

17. If you plan to reinstall the old belt, mark its direction of rotation with chalk.
18. Remove the belt.
Caution: Remove the belt only by hand, as metal levers will damage the belt and gears. Do not rotate the engine shafts with the belt removed. Do not twist or bend the belt. The minimum belt bending radius is 50 mm. Do not install a belt contaminated with oil. Belt replacement after 160,000 km; reinstallation of the belt after 80,000 km is not recommended.
Installation
1. Put on the belt starting from the crankshaft counterclockwise without slack in the drive branch. Put the old belt on in the direction of rotation.
2. Install the lower belt cover, tighten the three mounting bolts to the recommended torque.
3. Install the crankshaft pulley.
4. Install the LRT-12-059 key on the pulley.
5. Tighten the crankshaft center bolt to the recommended torque.
6. Tighten the 4 bolts securing the pulley to the gear.
7. Remove the LRT-12-059 key and LRT-12-060 clamp.
Belt tension
1. Loosen the tensioner bolt.
2. Apply a torque of 40 Nm to the tensioner eccentric bolt and release.
3. Tighten the tensioner bolt.
4. Remove pin LRT-12-058 from the flywheel
5. Reinstall the removed parts.
