Removal
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the accessory drive belt.
3. Remove the 5 upper timing belt cover bolts.
4. Remove the upper timing belt cover.
5. Remove the 5 timing belt center cover bolts.
6. Remove the timing belt center cover.

7. Turn the crankshaft until the marks on the camshaft gears are aligned (piston of the 1st cylinder 90 degrees before TDC).
8. Insert the LRT-12-058 pin into the flywheel.
9. Install the camshaft locking tool LRT-12-060.

10. Loosen the timing belt tensioner bolt.

11. Move the tensioner away from the belt and lightly tighten the bolt.
12. Remove the timing belt.

13. Loosen the camshaft gear mounting bolts.
14. Remove the LRT-12-060 retainer.
15. Remove the gear wheels, remember their installation locations (marks IN (inlet) and EXHAUST (outlet)).

16. Remove the 5 rear upper timing belt cover bolts.
17. Remove the rear upper timing belt cover.

18. Remove the oil seal using the LRT-12-063 puller, as shown in the figure.

Installation
1. Clean the oil seal seat and the camshaft journal.
2. Using mandrels LRT-12-064 and LRT-12-072, install a new oil seal.

3. Install the rear upper belt cover. Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque (see specification).
4. Install the intake (IN) and exhaust (EXHAUST) camshaft timing gears.
5. Tighten the gear mounting bolts by hand.
6. Check the alignment of the marks on both gears.
7. Install the LRT-12-060 clamp.
8. Tighten the gear bolts to the recommended torque (see specification).
9. Install the timing belt (see below).
10. Adjust the belt tension.
11. Remove pin LRT-12-058 from the flywheel.
12. Install the center belt cover. Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque (see specification).
13. Install the upper belt cover. Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque (see specification).
14. Install the accessory drive belt.
15. Connect the battery.
