2. Remove the spark plugs.
3. Using the LRT-12-034 puller, compress the valve spring and remove the crackers. Remove the spring plate, spring, valve sealing cap, valve.
Note: Store removed parts in sets for a given valve.
4. From the left head: unscrew the ground wire studs.
5. Remove the three bolts securing the power steering pump bracket.
6. Unscrew the four generator bracket mounting bolts.
7. From the right head: remove the engine lift bracket.
8. Install the engine lift bracket onto the new head.
9. Install the power steering pump and generator brackets, and the ground wire stud onto the new head. Tightening torque of bolts: 30 Nm.
10. Grind the valves.
11. Lubricate the valve stem, install the valve into the guides, install the sealing cap. 12. Install the spring and valve spring plate, compress the spring with the LRT-12-034 puller, install the crackers. Tap the valve stem with a plastic hammer to seat the crackers in place.
13. Install the spark plugs.
14. Install the new gasket and head onto the engine.
