1. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
2. Unscrew 8 screws and remove the mudguard.
3. Place the 18G1328 cap on the crankshaft nose and install the extractor on the oil seal.
4. Remove the oil seal by turning the central bolt of the extractor.
5. Clean the oil seal seat.
6. Lubricate the outer diameter of the seal.
7. Install the oil seal into the front cover.
8. Install mandrels 18G1291/5 and 18G1291/4 onto the oil seal.
9. Tighten the crankshaft center bolt.
10. Tighten the mandrel nut to press in the seal.
11. Remove the mandrels and the center bolt.

12. Lubricate the sealing lip of the oil seal.
13. Install the mudguard and tighten the mounting screws.
14. Install the crankshaft pulley.
