Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the upper arm.
ENGINE KV6 - MODIFICATION K, Camshafts of the left cylinder head, Bracket of the right engine support, assembled.

3. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the support bracket to the front engine plate and remove the bracket.

4. Using the 3/8 square lever, move the auxiliary equipment belt tensioner up and remove the belt from the alternator pulley.
5. Loosen and remove the accessory drive belt from the remaining rollers.
Installation
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the belt and pulleys.
NOTE: Check the belt for wear. Cracks in the side surface of the belt are not damage. A drive belt that has missing or missing parts must be replaced.
2. Place the new belt on the crankshaft pulley.
3. Raise the belt tensioner and install the drive belt onto the pulleys of the power steering pump, alternator and compressor. Make sure the belt is correctly positioned in the pulley grooves.
4. Install the front mount bracket to the front engine plate and tighten the bolts to 45 Nm.
5. Install the upper arm.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
