Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the intake air hoses.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORKS, Intake air ducts.
3. Remove the top cross member of the engine mount.
ENGINE - Td4, Intake and exhaust camshafts, Upper right engine mount cross member.
4. Fix a cowl in vertical position.
5. Attach the lifting chains to the lifting eyes and lift the engine to take its weight off the supports.
6. Turn away a nut of fastening of the right arm of the engine to a hydraulic support.
7. Turn away four bolts of fastening of the right arm of a support to the engine.
8. Release the bracket from the pin and remove it from the engine.
9. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a tube of the hydraulic booster to a body.
10. Use tool LRT-12-169 to loosen and remove the hydraulic mount.
Installation
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the hydraulic mount and body from dirt.
2. Tighten the hydraulic support. Tightening torque 85 Nm.
3. Bring the hydraulic booster hose bracket to the installation site and tighten the nut to a torque of 10 Nm.
4. Wipe the engine support bracket, engine mating surface, dowel pin and hole for it.
5. Install the bracket on the pin and tighten the bolts to 100 Nm.
6. Lower the engine onto a support.
7. Disconnect the lifting chains.
8. Install the nut securing the engine bracket to the hydraulic support and tighten it. Tightening torque 85 Nm.
9. Install the engine mount top cross member.
ENGINE - Td4, Intake and exhaust camshafts, Upper right engine mount cross member.
10. Install intake hoses.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORKS, Intake air ducts.
11. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
12. Untie the hood and close it.
