Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the engine soundproofing cover.

3. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector from the engine harness.
4. Remove the lower engine guard.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Lower engine protection shield.
5. Loosen the bolt securing the crankshaft position sensor to the gearbox and remove the sensor.
Installation
1. Wipe the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor and mating surfaces.
2. Install the crankshaft position sensor, screw in the mounting bolt and tighten it to a torque of 9 Nm.
3. Reinstall the lower engine guard.

4. Connect the crankshaft position sensor connector to the engine harness.
5. Reinstall the engine soundproofing cover.
