3/4 gear synchronizer



Note: All synchronizers have a similar design, except for the fifth gear synchronizer, which has a pressure plate.

1. Mark the completeness of each assembly.

2. Remove both snap rings from both sides of the synchronizer.

Installing fifth gear gears.

Attention:
  • when installing the fifth gear pinion on the intermediate shaft, the force when pressing the pinion should not be transmitted to the front bearing of the intermediate shaft.
