Removal
1.
CAUTION: Never work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with special stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the air compressor housing cover.
- Remove 3 bolts.
- Release 5 clamps.

3. Use T4 to release pressure from the air suspension. For more information, refer to Releasing and Raising Pressure in the Air Suspension System (60.50.38)

NOTE: Make sure that the valve block does not become disconnected when removing the air pressure sensor. Disconnect the electrical connector.

CAUTION: Before disconnecting or disassembling parts, make sure that the area around the contact surfaces and connections is clean. To avoid contamination of the system, close all open connections with plugs.
Remove the air pressure sensor. Remove the sealing ring and discard it.

Installation
1.
NOTE: Make sure that the valve block does not become disconnected when installing the air pressure sensor.
Install the air pressure sensor.
- Install the sealing ring.
- Tighten it up (tightening torque 5 Nm).
2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Use T4 to increase the pressure in the air suspension. For more information, refer to Releasing and Increasing the Pressure in the Air Suspension System (60.50.38)

CAUTION: Make sure the top cover of the air compressor housing is installed correctly.

CAUTION: Make sure the air suspension outlet pipe is properly inserted into the air suspension upper cover.
Install the air compressor housing cover. Insert and tighten the bolts. (tightening torque 9 Nm).
