NOTE: When installing a new Active Clutch, fill it with 650 ml of fluid. It is not possible to completely drain the Active Clutch during maintenance. The following procedure MUST be followed for both filling and topping up the fluid.

3. Make sure the vehicle is level. Remove the filler plug and discard the sealing washer.
CAUTION: The filler plug is used only for filling the working fluid and does not serve as a working fluid level indicator.

4. Fill the active clutch until a thin stream of fluid flows from the filler hole. Refer to procedure: Specifications (205-02 Rear Drive Axle/Differential, Specifications).
5. Screw in the active clutch filler plug
6. Turn on the ignition for 5 minutes.
7. Turn off the ignition and remove the remote control key.
