Removing
1.
WARNING: Do not work on or under the vehicle if it is only supported by a jack. Always place secure supports under the vehicle.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the right mudguard. For more information refer to Fender Mudguard (76.10.48)
3. Depressurize the air suspension using tool T4. For more information, refer to Relieving and Boosting Air Suspension System Pressure (60.50.38)

CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing any parts, make sure that the area around the contact surfaces and connections is clean. Close all open connections to avoid contamination of the system.
CAUTION: Visually inspect the ends of the air lines for damage or wear. Repair or replace the air line as needed.
NOTE: Record the position of the air lines.
Disconnect the 3 air lines from the front air suspension solenoid valve block.
5. Remove the front air suspension solenoid valve assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Loosen the 3 valve block rubber insulators.
6. Remove the Voss fittings from the air lines. Remove and discard the taper bushing and coupler.
Installation

WARNING: Make sure the new Voss fitting is installed and fully tightened with corrector plug installed.
NOTE: New air suspension parts are shipped with new Voss fittings installed and already torqued to specification. Therefore, in case of installing a new part, it is not necessary to install new fittings of the Voss type.
Install new Voss fittings to the front air suspension solenoid valve block. Tighten to 2.5 Nm.

NOTE: Be careful not to detach the valve block when connecting the air lines.
Install the front air suspension solenoid valve assembly.
- Attach the 3 valve block rubber insulators.
- Connect the air lines to the Voss fittings.
- Pull on each air line to ensure it is fully seated in the Voss fitting.
- Connect the electrical connector.
3. Using tool T4, pressurize the air suspension. For more information, refer to Relieving and Boosting Air Suspension System Pressure (60.50.38)
4. Install the right mudguard. For more information refer to Fender Mudguard (76.10.48)
