Dismantling
1. Models with KV6 engine: Remove the engine noise cover.
2. Models with Td4 engine: Remove the air cleaner element.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORK, Air cleaner filter element.
3. Remove the main brake cylinder.
BRAKING SYSTEM, REPAIR WORKS, Dual brake master cylinder - for right-hand drive vehicles.
4. Loosen and disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum booster.
5. Remove and discard vacuum hose seal.
6. Disconnect brake pipelines from collars located on a partition of a motor compartment.
7. Take out cotter pin and remove the finger connecting a pusher of the vacuum booster with a brake pedal.
8. Turn away 4 nuts of fastening of the amplifier to a body and remove the amplifier.
9. Remove and discard gasket.
Installation
1. Install a new seal on the amplifier.
2. Establish the amplifier on a body, wrap nuts and tighten them with the moment of 22 Nanometers.
3. Connect a pusher to a pedal, insert a finger and establish a new cotter pin in its hole.
4. Install a new vacuum hose seal.
5. Attach a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier.
6. Establish the main brake cylinder.
BRAKING SYSTEM, REPAIR WORKS, Dual brake master cylinder - for right-hand drive vehicles.
7. Fix brake pipelines in collars.
8. Models with Td4 engine: Install the air cleaner element.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORK, Air cleaner filter element.
9. Models with KV6 engine: Replace the engine noise cover.
