Dismantling


1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right.

2. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right.


3. Unscrew the 3 bolts securing the right protective screen to the body and remove the screen.

3. Unscrew the 3 bolts securing the right protective screen to the body and remove the screen.


4. To loosen the drive belt tension, use a wrench to turn the tension roller hexagon clockwise until it stops.

5. To hold the tension roller in place, insert a suitable pin no more than 3 mm in diameter into the center of the hexagon in its rear shield.

6. Remove and discard the drive belt.

Installation


1. Clean the grooves of the drive belt pulleys. Make sure that the grooves are not damaged.



2. Install the drive belt. Make sure the drive belt is correctly positioned in the pulley grooves.

3. Remove the pin and release the tension roller. Lower the tension roller onto the drive belt.

4. Install the rear shield and tighten its mounting bolts.

5. Set the steering to neutral position.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
