Note: Wheel camber and kingpin caster are not adjustable.


Checking the alignment



1. Place the vehicle on a level, horizontal surface. Steered wheels in straight-ahead position.

2. Roll the vehicle several times to stabilize the position of the steering levers.

3. Measure the wheel alignment in the horizontal plane at the center of the wheels.

4. Check the tightening of the tie rod end retainer bolts. Tighten to 14 Nm.

Adjustment



5. Loosen the tie rod end retaining bolts.

6. Adjust the length of the cross rod by rotating the tips.

7. Set the required wheel alignment. After adjusting the toe-in, tap the ball joints of the tie rods in the direction of the arrows to set them to maximum travel.

8. Tighten the retainer bolts to 14 Nm.
