3. Wring out shoulders and disconnect a vacuum hose and a ventilation hose from a throttle branch pipe and from an idling regulator.
4. Disconnect the cable sheath from the bracket and disconnect the cable from the sector on the throttle pipe.
5. Vehicles with cruise control: Disconnect the vacuum hose from the cruise control actuator.
6. Disconnect the connectors from the throttle position sensor and from the idle speed control.
7. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of a throttle branch pipe to an inlet receiver and remove a throttle branch pipe.
8. Remove the throttle body gasket from the intake reservoir and discard it.
9. Vehicles with cruise control: Disconnect the actuator link from the throttle actuator, remove the 3 screws securing the actuator bracket to the throttle tube, and remove the actuator.
10. Remove and discard the 2 screws with washers that secure the throttle position sensor to the throttle body. Remove the data plate from the sensor.
WARNING: Do not move the sensor by turning or using a lever.
11. Turn away 2 screws of fastening of a regulator of idling to a throttle branch pipe, remove a regulator and utilize its lining.
Installation
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the idle speed controller and throttle tube.
2. Install the idle speed controller with a new gasket on the throttle pipe, screw in the screws and tighten them to a torque of 6 Nm.
3. Wipe the throttle position sensor and mating surfaces.
4. Install the sensor on the throttle shaft. Make sure that the flat on the throttle shaft is aligned with the counterpart on the position sensor.
CAUTION: The throttle position sensor can be easily damaged during installation. When putting the sensor on the throttle axis, use only the force of your fingers and apply it only to the areas shaded in the figure.
5. Rotate the sensor counterclockwise until the mounting holes line up.
CAUTION: Do not rotate the sensor clockwise and make sure that the sensor does not go beyond the internal stops when rotating.
6. Place a data plate on the transmitter.
7. Screw in new mounting bolts with new wave washers and tighten the bolts to 1.5 Nm.
8. Vehicles with cruise control: Install the actuator bracket to the throttle body. Screw in the screws and tighten them to a torque of 9 Nm. Connect the actuator rod to the throttle actuator.
9. Clean the mating surfaces of the throttle tube and inlet receiver.
10. Install a new gasket on the intake manifold.
11. Install the throttle pipe on the inlet receiver, screw in the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 7 Nm.
12. Connect the throttle position sensor and idle speed control connectors.
13. Vehicles with cruise control: Connect the vacuum hose to the cruise control actuator.
14. Attach the throttle control cable to the drive sector and secure it to the bracket.
15. Attach a ventilation hose and a vacuum hose to a throttle branch pipe and to an idle speed regulator.
16. Adjust throttle cable.
